About Us
We are Dave (Martin) and Leslie (Lake). The Bumble dating app "introduced us" to each other in early 2024. We both had gone through life-altering challenges in our personal lives. We not only found love in this "second chapter" of our lives, we found a mutual perspective of living life deeply and widely, never taking a moment for granted.
Our Dream
As we have grown together, we realized we share a mutual dream - to see the world, the tiny pockets and grand landscapes in new ways. Dave discovered a passion for sailing, and Leslie has been a practicing artist and teacher who wants to use her gifts in deeper ways. Together we dream of combining travel, art, culture, and adventure into a journey of personal growth for ourselves and others!

Leslie is a professional watercolor artist and long-time teacher and encourager. It will be her delight to guide you in whatever skill level you bring!
